I met AT maybe four years ago. We'd worked in the same building for years and not really crossed paths very much. He was that guy that got married young from that Department over there. Christ knows what I was to him... I ain't asking.
Sometimes in life you need a friend to tell it to you straight and AT is never afraid to do that. I think I struggled with that a bit at the start of our friendship, but I'm a sucker for someone who makes me laugh and he does that a lot too. Monday night he made me laugh, made me see things in a different way and talked me into buying Call of Duty. These days I listen to him more than I did before.
Ads, you are an amazing friend, a brilliant dad to Ethan and a great husband to Ju. Monday night was the usual for you, pick up the phone, make sure the nutter in Woolston is ok. But it turned it round. Cheers mate, I won't ever forget that.
I know I said the personal stuff was over on here, but sod it. AT deserves this post.
Now follow him on Twitter ffs.
Words mean more than what is set down on paper. It takes the human voice to infuse them with deeper meaning.
